All ShelfNest extensions, including their design, code, and branding, are the intellectual property of ShelfNest. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Our extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate. Wick's chart analysis is not financial advice. Always do your own research before making trading decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShelfNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our extensions, including but not limited to trading losses resulting from use of Wick.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time by uninstalling the extension.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
